“ I delight in the free expression of emotions in my creation and the charm of sensibility and passion presented. At the same time, I relentlessly explore the rational light within the canvas—seeking a harmonious fusion of rational conveyance and profound thought. Much like a kite, no matter how high or far it soars, there is an invisible force that guides its flight. Thus, I term this approach “Rational Expressionism.”
This is not a directionless burst of inspiration; rather, it is an inspiration born from truth and the stirring of the Holy Spirit. True artistic inspiration should touch our souls, spark our reflections, and lead us toward a higher realm of artistic enlightenment.

Sean (Xiang Xinrong),a multidisciplinary artist whose expertise spans watercolor painting, oil painting, printmaking, contemporary ink painting, graphic design, and photography. Adopting what he calls the approach of Rational Expressionism, He seeks to convey spiritual exploration, express themes of faith, reveal inner emotions, exchange universal values, and foster dialogue between art and faith.
